StartOrSkip is operated by Fusion Codeworks, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these Terms, "StartOrSkip," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fusion Codeworks, LLC and the StartOrSkip product.

StartOrSkip is intended for business and professional use. By submitting a form, requesting a report, or purchasing a service, you represent that you are using StartOrSkip for business purposes.

If you use StartOrSkip on behalf of a company, client, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

StartOrSkip provides AI search exposure reports, free samples, paid report workflows, and related business-support services.

By using the site, submitting a form, requesting a report, or buying a service, you agree to these Terms.

The self-service StartOrSkip report covers up to 100 customer-supplied keywords in one country and one language, unless the checkout page states otherwise.

Custom pilots, consulting, agency packages, portfolio work, multi-market research, or other non-standard services are not included in the self-service report unless expressly stated.

Custom services may require a separate proposal, statement of work, contract, or written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that custom work.

Reports are decision-support materials for content, SEO, and AI search exposure diligence.

Reports are based on available evidence at the time of review, submitted inputs, third-party systems, search behavior, and AI answer surfaces that may change.

Reports are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or professional advice. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, citations, revenue, conversions, indexation, visibility, or any specific business outcome.

We do not provide a build-or-skip verdict. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any report, output, or analysis.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you submit.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential third-party information, or client materials unless you have the right to do so and the information is necessary for the requested work.

You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them for business decisions or sharing them with clients, colleagues, or third parties.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited license to use submitted keywords, domains, URLs, files, and related materials to provide, operate, secure, improve, and support StartOrSkip and related services.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve StartOrSkip, develop benchmarks, understand product performance, and improve report quality. We will not publicly identify you, your company, or your clients in case studies or marketing materials without permission.

Transactional emails related to report delivery, payment, support, and service operation are required to provide the service. Marketing emails are optional where required by law, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

You may not use StartOrSkip to violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; submit malware, abusive content, or unlawful material; disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service; probe, bypass, or test non-public security controls; reverse engineer non-public systems; resell StartOrSkip as a standalone competing product without our written permission; or use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk for us or others.

The StartOrSkip 100-keyword report is a one-time USD $399 purchase for review of up to 100 customer-supplied keywords. It is not a subscription and does not create recurring charges unless we separately agree in writing.

Prices, deliverables, timelines, and scope are shown at checkout, in a proposal, or in a written agreement.

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not control the payment provider's systems, terms, or processing timelines.

Delivery timelines begin after payment and manual scope acceptance, not merely after form submission.

We may reject, pause, or refund work that is out of scope, abusive, technically infeasible, missing required information, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

If we reject a paid order before beginning work, we will refund the payment.

If we expect a material delay after accepting an order, we may offer a revised delivery date or a refund where required by law.

Accepted orders are generally delivered within the timeline stated at checkout or in the applicable written agreement, provided that you submit complete and usable inputs.

Orders we cannot complete, or accepted orders that are late, mechanically broken, or outside the agreed scope, may be refunded within 7 days of that determination.

Once reviewed research has been completed and delivered, fees are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If applicable law gives you consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be lost once digital content or services have been fully delivered.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit.

Fusion Codeworks, LLC and its licensors retain ownership of StartOrSkip, report methods, templates, software, workflows, designs, trademarks, and other underlying materials.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, paid report deliverables are for your internal business use and may not be resold as a standalone product.

You may share report outputs with your employees, contractors, advisors, clients, or stakeholders for the business purpose for which the report was ordered, provided you do not misrepresent the report, remove caveats, or present it as a guarantee or professional advice.

StartOrSkip may rely on third-party services, search engines, AI systems, analytics tools, payment processors, data providers, and infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party systems, their availability, or later changes to their outputs.

Search results, AI answers, citations, rankings, snippets, and other observed evidence may vary by time, location, device, personalization, language, data provider, and third-party system behavior.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of StartOrSkip.

You may not use StartOrSkip if you are located in, organized under, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a restricted-party list.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service where required for sanctions, export control, payment compliance, fraud prevention, or legal-risk reasons.

StartOrSkip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, completeness, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that reports will be free of omissions, that third-party data will be accurate or available, or that observed search evidence will remain the same after delivery.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fusion Codeworks, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to StartOrSkip is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to StartOrSkip if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, submitted abusive or unlawful material, or used the service in a way that could harm the product, our systems, or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of StartOrSkip after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

For paid orders already accepted, the terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the courts located in Delaware, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or StartOrSkip.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
